Pistachio Parfait

Ingredienten: 250 gram ground almonds * 250 icing sugar * 65 gram flour * 6 eggs * 30 cl eggs whites * 50 gram caster sugar * 50 gram smelted butter * pistachio paste.
Voorbereiding: Nougat:
300 gram caramel sugar - 150 gram toasted almonds.
Cook the caramelsugar. Blend in the almonds.
Cool and chop in a blender.
Bereidingswijze: Beat togheter the ground almonds, icing sugar, flour and eggs. Add the pistachio paste. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs whites and caster sugar. Fold into the melted butter. Weihg out 600 gram per sheet an bake on baking papaer at 230 C for 7 minutes.
