Ingredienten: 1 Cup green onions
1 Cup onions
1 Cup bell peppers
2 Cloves garlic
1 Pound crawfish peeled, cooked and seasoned to taste
Paprika to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
2 Tsp. cornstarch and 1/2 cup water
1 Tsp. heavy whipping cream
White rice cooked
Voorbereiding:
Bereidingswijze: Saute onions (white) and bell peppers in butter until onions are clear. Add 2 cups water, garlic and paprika and pepper and cook for about five minutes on low heat. Mix two teaspoons of cornstarch and half a cup of water and add to etoufee to thicken. Add 1 tsp. heavy whipping cream. Reduce heat and simmer for about five minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over rice with garlic bread.
